We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to transportation. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the free parking provided and the good communication with the owner regarding key pick-up.

Spending the Christmas holidays in this hotel was such an amazing experience! the view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the snow-covered mountains made it even more magical. Another thing we appreciated was the well-equipped kitchen. It made cooking easy and convenient so we could enjoy quality time with our family. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions.
We were not informed that wifi was included in the price. there was a problem with the machine that delivers the passwords and we weren't able to connect until the day before we left.

The lack of proper communication about the wifi inclusion in the price was disappointing.

even after the inclusion was clarified, there were continuous issues with the wifi password machine, making it impossible for us to connect until the last day of our stay. the lack of hot water upon arrival was a major inconvenience.
